Wolfspeed Inc. has appointed semiconductor executive Yasuhisa Harita as regional president for Asia Pacific, effective June 1, as the silicon carbide chipmaker looks to strengthen commercial operations in one of the industry’s most important growth markets.
Harita will be based in Tokyo and oversee strategy across Japan, South Korea and the ASEAN region. His responsibilities include revenue growth, customer relationships and execution of Wolfspeed’s regional commercial and operational priorities.
